Enjoy the rich and smooth taste of this Red Velvet Fudge. It's great for holidays, special events, or just when you want a sweet treat with a cocoa flavor and a bright red color.
Ingredients: 2 cups white chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 tablespoons red food coloring. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Line an 8x8 inch 20x20 cm square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted. Stir in the vanilla extract and red food coloring until the fudge mixture turns a vibrant red color. In a separate bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the fudge mixture, stirring until well combined. Pour the red velvet fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is set. Once set, remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut the fudge into small squares or rectangles. Serve and enjoy your delicious Red Velvet Fudge!
