This Red Wine Spritzer with Strawberries and Cherries is a delicious and refreshing drink that's great for any event. Putting fresh fruits and red wine together makes a lively and tasty drink that is also classy and simple to make. With the club soda adding fizz, this spritzer is sure to impress your guests and make any event more fun.

Ingredients: 1 bottle of red wine. 1 cup of cherries, pitted and halved. 1 cup of strawberries, sliced. 2 cups of club soda. Ice cubes. Fresh mint leaves for garnish.

Instructions: In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, pitted and halved cherries, and sliced strawberries. Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. When ready to serve, add ice cubes to serving glasses. Pour the chilled wine and fruit mixture into the glasses, filling them halfway. Top each glass with club soda for a refreshing spritzer. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Easy Red Wine Spritzer

The holiday season has always been a time of inspiration. When the weather  transitions is always an exciting time of year. During the winter months we find ourselves looking for cozy and comfort. 

We look forward to the arrival of bringing greenery indoors and twinkle lights everywhere to light up the long nights ahead. With that you can add this quick and easy cocktail that takes less than 5 minutes to make. Enjoy the season! 

Make about 4-6 servings

What you’ll need: 

1 (750ml) bottle red wine

2  (8 oz) cans seltzer of your choice

Optional Garnish:

Rosemary sprigs for color

Process:

Fill glass 1/2 full with ice.

Pour wine over ice until the glass is 1/2 full.

Fill remaining glass with the seltzer.

Garnish with Rosemary sprigs (optional), serve and enjoy!
