Thanks - frankly, I think Black & White is pretty different from my usual style. It was actually somewhat inspired by my cousin who competed with his friend, lost, and gave up on piano. Aside from that inspiration, I always wanted to create a contrasting narrative that I painted in ‘Starlet and Moonstruck’.

I think following your dreams is definitely easier said than done. Some people just don’t have the capacity to follow their dreams. Does that mean they should give up without trying? No. I think people should give it their best shot but at some point, what you’re giving up is no longer worth what you would gain - if you know what I mean. I don’t think it’s a bad thing to give up your dreams. It shouldn’t be a humiliating thing. You shouldn’t feel ashamed for doing so. And there’s nothing wrong with changing your dream. You know if one thing doesn’t work, you can always switch your path, switch your direction, switch your focus.

Giving up on a dream doesn’t mean your life has ended.
