Unintentional Communication

The magazines were moved in my library recently, and I just had a man look through them and then come up to me and ask where the Chinese ones had gone. I walked that way and indicated the magazines while checking that's what he was looking for (his English wasn't brilliant. Not that patrons with great English cannot be equally obscure in their requests!). He happily thanks me and walks past me back to the magazines, leaving me thinking I'd confused him. Turns out I pointed right at the Chinese language ones.
