Opinions on AI

So I don’t like Ai art, never have never will, but I was wondering what y’all’s opinion was on using Ai to make reference poses.

I’ve tried using a website that allows you to pose the figure however you want, but it is a pain in the ass.

I haven’t tried using Ai for pretty much anything at this point, has anyone tried to use it to help make reference poses???
