Funny Clone Wars AU where Commander Fox has exactly one coping mechanism and it's escalating situations until someone more qualified has to deal with them.
Bank robbery? Arrest a senator.
Political scandal? Arrest another senator.
Sith Lord? Believe it or not, arrest a senator.
Commander Fox: "I have the patience of a saint."
The Coruscant Guard: "Sir, you threw a datapad at a wall yesterday."
Fox: "The wall was being difficult."

In my AU, I imagine Thire retains a permanent limp and still uses a cane after "Ambush," and mostly had to be Fox's second-in-command for office duties, while Thorn took over as Fox's second-in-command for street duties. Post-war, Thire is very laid-back and just likes watching the holovision and such, and has gotten quite chubby, while Thorn is an acrobat as a hobby, and still looks much the same as he did in the war.
Despite their differences, these two love spending time together, and are extremely close. 💗 They also share a love of tookas, and each have one of their own (Thorn's is named "Sunburn," and Thire's "Grapejuice")! What better way could there be to spend a rainy afternoon on Coruscant, than cuddling happily with your twin and your fluffy kitties, enjoying a quiet holobook together? 😊

Fox finding Jedi where Jedi should absolutely not be
The Jedi Order: we have ancient traditions and thousands of years of history
The Coruscant Guard: “Commander, why is there a Jedi in the trash chute?” Fox: “I don’t know. I found them. They’re ours now.”
And somehow, against all odds, this traumatized clone commander with a collection of dumpster Jedi is the reason the galaxy survives.
I just read the phrase in a fic “Everything is fine in the coruscant guard” and it gives the exact same vibes as “there is no war in ba sing se”
Have I ever said how much I hate the Guard logo?
