Monday Blues
It turns out that Disney is not the happiest place on earth. This is #CapsuleMusic in #Toronto, Canada. PS: the gap in the top rack is where the 1968 #ES330 that I am buying used to be. Yes, that is another 330 to the left of the gap, but it's a VOS #Gibson #CustomShop #Reissue. #FBF to last weekend and this 1959 #Gretsch #6120 metallic gold #refin that was available at @capsulemusic Toronto. I say "was" because a few months ago, it was sold, went out to the new owner, came back, was put up for sale again, was bought again, and then went out again (or *will shortly* be going out again...it was on hold for a buyer when I took this shot!) I'm really not sure why the first purchaser decided to re-sell this guitar. S/he must have needed the cash really badly because it is beyond me why the heck you'd want to sell this beauty unless you were in dire straits (financially, I mean...not the band 😁). If I was lucky enough to acquire this #guitar, you'd have to pry it from my cold dead hands to make me give it up! Because of the refin it is (relatively) affordable, and it played extremely well.
