Al7amdolellah today I was able to attend a talk given by Mohammed Zeyara. As a young guy the same age as me who is a full-time medical student but who also does so much work for this ummah and raising awareness, I find him incredibly inspiring. He is a role model for the Muslim youth.
In his speech he mentioned that with the condition of the ummah today, we the youth cannot afford to be lazy. We all have talents and abilities, and we should put those to use, whatever they are, with the intention of helping. He also stressed that we should do what we love, because only if you love something will you strive to perfect it and become best at it.
May we all strive to do our bit in sha2 Allah!
