Somebody commented on how happy I look in this picture. So the photographer side of me wanted to turn it black and white to see the emotion without the color involved. I thought today was going to be an up and down day like yesterday, but it has been pretty up. Which is perfect once I think about it. Easter is a sign of renewal, rebirth, re-everything! So it was appropriate that I am on the bright side today. Inhaling the good, and exhaling the bad has been on my mind since I started the Body Mind Soul Detox.
