A healthy green smoothie that is both refreshing and full of vitamins and nutrients. Great for a quick breakfast or a snack after a workout.
Ingredients: 1 cup spinach leaves. 1/2 cup kale leaves. 1/2 banana. 1/2 green apple, chopped. 1/2 cucumber, sliced. 1/2 lemon, juiced. 1 tablespoon honey optional. 1 cup water or almond milk. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Place spinach and kale in a blender. Add the banana, green apple, cucumber, and lemon juice. If desired, add honey for sweetness. Pour in water or almond milk. Add ice cubes if you want a colder smoothie. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
