Ingredients: 1 3.9 oz package instant chocolate pudding mix. 2 cups cold milk. 1/2 cup chopped Andes mints. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix the cold milk and instant chocolate pudding mix together with a whisk until the mixture is smooth and thick. Add the chopped Andes mints and mix well. Whip the heavy cream in a different bowl until stiff peaks form. Mix the peppermint extract and whipped cream into the pudding mixture slowly until everything is well mixed. Spread the mixture out evenly in the popsicle molds. Place a popsicle stick in each mold. Put it in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until it's completely frozen. To serve, run the molds under warm water for a short time to get the popsicles out of the molds. Have fun!
