so like the mangaka is an AWFUL person

So like don’t get the manga- watch the anime preferably on a piracy site

because the mangaka is a disgusting person some parts are a little…uh weird and I hate it so much

especially because it’s SOO good and such a MAJOR comfort for me and I mean like I relate to Reg (one of the MCs) SOOO much and he’s like- I mean as you can probably tell

it’s AMAZING but also like- really heavy on the like- gore I guess??? Made in Abyss is really weird/hard to recommend for like a lot of reasons 😭

but like if you liked Wooly pre third game (before the decided to make him a full grown adult) you’d like Reg- they have similar vibes but not entirely

someone should make beauty and the beast caitvi but caitlyn is the beast because she falls into the beast curse qualification more than vi (also butch beauty femme beast)

could work either as a canon divergent au or just toss these two in the story

thinking about how good werewolf caitlyn is, her transformation being a metaphor for her grief, her hatred, caitlyn clinging to have a sense of control because of her status only for it to slip in the most destructive way possible

a beast that only follows its instincts of tearing and ripping everything that stands in her path, not distinguising between threat or friend

also, i love caitvi suffering

got into made in abyss and now im thinking of a role swap au where the main premise is riko and faputa swapping, so we get delver faputa and princess riko

Mostly with regardings of his outfit, because i did go a bit "unconventional" when choosing it, even thought i did explain why in the most recent hftu chapter, i kinda want to ramble about it:

His lord outfit is meant to extremely out of place within the dunmeshi society, especially for a half-foot and especially for a guy like Chilchuck, because he didn't chose it, The Winged Lion chose for him and took Chil's desire to be against it because to it, Chilchuck is just a some toy.

Like yeah, a toy that doesn't fall as easily to his manipulation but it just makes it more "entertaining" to have a back and forth with.

i think my idea for what the 7th layer curse could be is something similar to the 6th curse (aka loss of humanity) but instead of you becoming a mammalian blob fish, you become something dangerous and unable to be reasoned with like your body and soul get corrupted, kinda like the corruption in Steven Universe

The possible victims of it in my head are someone from Hail Hex(likely Srajo), Tepaste or Riko (since shes was always getting hit with them, beside the 6th curse for obvious reasons)

Idk how well this would fit with the lore, im not a made in abyss lore expert, i just think it'd be cool
