Arya and Gendry in the Regency.

Ned has postponed Arya's debut for several years; at 18, he can no longer postpone it. Catelyn is furious with him for being so permissive with his daughter. So, against her will, Miss Arya Stark debuts in London society in 1815. She has four siblings: Robb, the eldest and heir to the duchy, her sister Sansa who is engaged to Lord William Tyrell, her brother Brandon, who is studying at Oxford, and of course Rickon, the youngest brother who is at Eton.

But Arya also has a cousin: Jon Targaryen. Son of her aunt Queen Lyanna and King Rhaegar Targaryen. The King's first wife, Elia Martell, died a few years ago, leaving her two children with him, Prince Aegon and Princess Rhaenys.

Meanwhile in the South, Marquis Robert Baratheon had a very large family. His heir, Gendry, followed by Joffrey, Myrcella, and lastly Tommen. He is married to Lady Cersei Lannister; it is not the best of marriages. They were never a match for love, but they got married for convenience, because they had to fulfill their duty.

The Baratheons, the Starks, and all the most important houses of Westeros are summoned to the celebration of Prince Aegon Targaryen, which coincides with the beginning of the social season. It is said that King Rhaegar is looking for a wife for him among the ladies of the most important houses and families.

Basically a love triangle between Arya, Gendry, and Aegon.
