I found this ‘poem’ titled “A Valuable Recipe for Lowness of Spirits” in the March 1816 edition of The European Magazine and London Review. I thought it was quite delightful, and exactly the sort of thing the heroine of my new book “The Charming Devil” would have found most useful.
