This extremely bright and distinctive Regency Spencer was first seen on Nicola Bryant as Peri Brown in the 1985 Sixth Doctor episode of 𝑫𝒐𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝑾𝒉𝒐 entitled 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒌 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑹𝒂𝒏𝒊.   Surprisingly, it was used again in 2009 in the miniseries 𝑬𝒎𝒎𝒂, where it was worn by Christina Cole as Mrs. Elton.   A lot of people have a lot of....feelings and opinions about this vibrant costume - what are yours?
