Eyes: Deep blue (Dark enough to be mistaken for Roy's more black. It is the only thing that's not identical about them physically)

Hair: Black, worn short (the same as Roy but he usually has the slicked back look instead of the messy, loose look)

Height: 5 feet 8 inches

Weight: 180 lbs

Build:  Lean but muscular

Personality: Suave, playful but serious when need be

Back Story Basics: Regis is the twin brother of Roy Mustang, technically the younger of the two by five minutes. When his and Roy's parents died, both he and Roy were put into their Aunt's care. Where Roy took to Alchemy and the military, Regis took more to the 'family' business. He spent his younger days helping Kris out around the bar, picking up the tricks of being an escort/bartender/bouncer. Kris made sure he was trained how to fight and her girls (His and Roy's 'sisters') taught him the art of make-up and disguise. When he came of age, he became part of the Kris' information network. He took on being Roy's 'decoy' when he needed an alibi, making sure he was seen out and about when and where Roy needed to cover his activities. Regis is actually more responsible for Roy's 'womanizer' cover than Roy actually is. When he's not decoying for Roy, Regis often wears a disguise so no one realizes that he even exists.

His elder twin’s outburst hadn’t surprised him in the least, Regis had expected it, wore honestly. But ‘Big Brother Roy’ needed a bit of a reality check. He’d made no secret of the fact that he didn’t care for Roy choosing the military. He could have stayed with Madam Christmas like he had, had a pretty comfortable life but he also knew that Roy would not have been completely happy. Not that he seemed all too happy with this life either. “You know that’s how I see you Roy,” he replied quietly, his arms crossing over his chest once Roy had let him go. “But you know I don’t see myself much better. We’re all monsters somehow if you know where and how to look. You just dwell too much on it.”

Relaxing back against the wall, midnight blue eyes focused on the ever so slightly slumped shoulders of his twin. He really was trying to be convincing that the words hadn’t bothered him wasn’t he? But Regis did know better, not that the hurt of it was not the intended reaction, he just needed his brother to wake up and stop dwelling on the things he couldn’t change. “But did you ever stop to think for a second that the fact that you give this much of a damn, get this worked up, actually means something? Real monsters don’t feel as guilty as you do for ruining lives or taking them. If you want to see the eyes of a real monster, try looking at mine instead of in a mirror. I’m PAID to ruin people’s lives more often than not and I do it day in and day out and don’t think twice about it.”

"It's not the same thing and you know it. Don't even compare the two." Roy turned around, and it took all his self control not to hit his brother until his face was bloody and swollen. Roy held back, though. He wasn't sure once he started, he'd be able to stop himself from going to far. "You're right, you get paid to ruin lives... that's just it. They pay you to do it to them. They choose to come here on their own volition." He stalked towards Regis. "I never gave those people any choice. They never asked for it."

He kept his eyes on Regis. "Now tell me, dear brother, what you're trying to accomplish by saying all this? Do you honestly think I'm going to accept what I've done? Come to what conclusion exactly? That all people are fucked up and bad?" Roy stopped when he was only a couple inches away from Regis. "Because, that's not true. I've met people who weren't monsters. People who are far better than us." He shook his head, realizing how pointless this was. They would never agree on this.

Roy reached out and touched the side of Regis' face all the was down to his jaw with the back of his hand. "If you want to see me break and humiliate me, you'll have to do better than that."
