Little Wilbur is, I think, very chill at baseline, but he can get upset easily if A) other people are upset, or B) he's being blocked from accessing something he wants. So yes, I agree.

You know when LJ went into the cabin to do band stuff? Imagine Will slipping really small one night and getting scared because he's in a new place and it's kinda spooky (The woods and it's dark) and he calls Phil who helps him calm Down/takes care of him untill he falls asleep
He calls caregiver Phil and the rest of Lovejoy are his babysitters. Perhaps Phil has communication with LJ about how to take care of Wil and calm him down. Much to think about.
