there are four basic types of students: Regurgitators, Magicians, Sluggards, and Generators. The Regurgitators are the ones cough up informantion as it was dictated to them. they do well on tests but never an opinion or idea of their own. The Magicians are the deceivers; they view schooling as a means of getting a high-paying job. They are the master cheaters who pull top grades from mdi-air but who perform a disappearing act when the going gets tough. The Sluggards are habitually lazy. They lack motivation and regard school as useless. They must be pushed to learn, even though they have the ability to do well. The Generators are the dedicated in a different light. Although they are not all honor students, they are curious and in touch with the world around them. They will view even the most common things differently from their peers.
