all the drawings i did for reguri week in january!!

Late (as in: I thought of and then proceeded to speedrun this entire thing this afternoon into evening) and kinda janky in the art department so as to not make it any later , but uhh mini comic for reguri week day 2: role swap! (Read left to right)

As for the context of this, I’m thinking it’s not too long after Blue became Champion, and that they haven’t seen each other in a little while.

Day 6 (and maybe 7) of Reguri week: Music AU (+Free Space)

Imagine a world where humans are not the masters, but the pets. Precious, talented, yet utterly stripped of rights. Living toys for a powerful alien race.

Their main arena is Alien Stage, a galactic spectacle where they sing not for glory, but for the right to exist. The audience consists of aliens whose applause determines everything.

This is not a competition. It is high-stakes gladiatorial combat where the weapon is the voice, and the stake is life itself.

Warning: A drop of angst, mentioning human experimentation

QUICK GUIDE FOR THIS AU

Red:

•Found as a kid among a group of drifters at an abandoned mining station.

•Never underwent genetic selection. His value lies in his "wild" authenticity and psychological resilience.

•Following his separation from Blue, he was acquired by the collector K’ar as a "living artifact," becoming the face of the brand "Rust."

Green (The First, non-survivor):

•Professor Oak’s first attempt at creating the perfect pet. Experiment "Green Oak."

•Characterized by innate melancholy and hypersensitivity, traits incompatible with the program's requirements.

•Died of cardiac arrest 72 hours after "birth," unable to endure the realization of his own existence.

Blue (Second experiment attempt, active):

•The second, successful attempt. Experiment "Green Oak," Series B.

•Aggression, narcissism, and emotional plasticity were added to the genetic template during creation to ensure stability.

•Considered technically flawless, yet suffers from a "second-rate" complex in the shadow of the first Green’s ghost.

•Hates his public name "Blue," internally identifying himself with the failed "Green."

The Blue & Red Duo:

•The duo "Breath" was forcibly created as a fusion of Blue’s cold perfection and Red’s wild authenticity.

•Their stage chemistry was built on toxic attachment and hidden abuse perpetrated by Blue.

•After their separation, Blue remained a high-demand but impersonal tool, while Red evolved into a trend representing "genuineness"—becoming a source of profound resentment and envy for Blue.
