Pills to increase height | Reviews of people

I’ve got a good story about that but first some basics.
While there is no guarantee as to your height (you can use a height predictor to determine a general idea and your parents size is a better indicator than anything) there are ways to maximize your potential height and eek out a few more inches as long as your growth plates have not closed. These include:
Getting proper sleep at the right time. Every hour of sleep before midnight is worth two after midnight is a great old adage that is important to understand that the quality of your sleep is more important than the duration.
Why is this important? Simply put, because Human Growth Hormone (HGH) is secreted when you sleep and this makes you grow! So get as much sleep, during the most healthy hours (say 9PM to 7AM) in order to saturate your body with as much growth stimulating hormones as possible.
Exercise. Again, why is this important other than the obvious? Again, exercise stimulates HGH. More boost for your growth potential.
Food. Eating crap is going to stunt your growth pure and simple. Eat lots and lots of grass fed/ free range no hormones protein with organic vegetables and apples. Yes, it’s expensive but we cut corners to make it happen and my sons never drink soda by their own choice. It’s water or raw milk.
Supplements. There are certain supplements that you can take to help maximize growth such as Niacin.
Most importantly get as much organic Vitamin D (that means sunshine!) as possible and here’s where my personal experience plays in.
My two boys (who are already tall) spent a lot of their summers indoors because it’s usually too hot and humid to be outside. Decided to take them to California for the summer to show them what paradise is like. Dropped them off for a week at a surf camp. Came back to pick them up, looked at them and said, “What the actual fuck?!”
Both of them had spurted up by an inch and a half in a week!! Yes, I took them to the minute clinic to make sure I wasn’t hallucinating. Their heights and weight are quite closely monitored due to all their sport activity and needing constant physicals in order to register (even for Boy Scouts and Navy Cadets!). They had indeed both shot up by over an inch and a half!
Now this combined with noticing that people on the East Coast tend to be rather dwarfy and noticing that the big boys in the NFL usually come from the sunshine or farmer (outdoors and lots of protein and good genes) states (CA, TX, FL, etc) it confirmed my notion that being out in the sunshine makes for big kids (generally speaking of course).
Add to that the exercise they were getting all day by surfing and swimming whilst eating day and night pure healthy food and BAM! A sure recipe for maximizing the human physical potential. Not to mention the minerals their bodies soaked up in the ocean and sand (obvious Japan nuclear contaminates omitted) probably helped.
Cons to that are that they both got severe stretch marks along their lower backs and side of the buttocks, but they don’t seem to mind and laughingly call them their surf scars.
Today, one is 5′10 at 12 years and the other is 5′9 and 10 years. Both wear size 11 shoe (mother is 5′9, dad 6′2). They play youth league football (among other sports) and I get approached a few times during the season by coaches (usually from other teams) about do I have any idea where they’d like to go to college and they recruit for this or that college and would like to start a dialogue, what height do the doctors say the boys will reach, etc.
Originally I found this bizarre and outrageous considering their ages but it’s has become the norm the older they get. In fact, it’s to the point where I can tell by body language and eye contact who is going to approach me and when.
Which brings me to one last point. If you are a boy (or a girl for that matter) and you have your heart set on playing sports for a living and you have certain genetic dispositions then plan accordingly.
What do I mean by that? Well, it means if your parents are small, even if you do everything right (sleep, food, etc.) you will be probably be small too. That means you probably won’t have a basketball career if that is where your dreams lie.
Does that mean you shouldn’t play basketball? Hell, no! Play it like you own it but do be realistic when it comes to playing a sport professionally. If your heart lies in the NFL remember that some of the best NFL receivers are what I would consider to be small. Antonio Brown is only 5′10 and rules the NFL, Edelman is also the same height. But don’t let your parents push you towards something that is unrealistic or is something you don’t like.
Lastly, if you’re a parent and your child is screaming on the football field (or any field for that matter), “I don’t want to be here, I hate it!!” Then get your child off the bloody field. It’s not fair to them OR the children on the field. Yes, that means you too coaches with children.
Hmmmm….I think I strayed off point a bit here at the end but I hope the basic content was helpful.
