Re-listening to episode 20 for fanfic reasons and heard the theme song again. Bruh, when the full version of it is released I will NOT be okay

What am I supposed to do if I can’t be who they want me to be? How do I look them in the eye and tell them that I’ve failed? Tell them that I can’t be what they need me to be. That I can’t do what they expected me to be. I won’t. I won’t tell them that. Because even if I can’t be what they want, it doesn’t matter. I can be what I want to be. And if they can’t accept that, then they can’t accept me. I won’t torture myself, I will not put myself through hell and back just so that I can gain their approval. I am better than that. I know I am. I am better than that. I can do better. I don’t need to be what they want. I don’t have to fulfil their expectations. Because I am only human. I can’t be perfect, no matter how much they want me to be. I am not perfect. I am human. I will not make myself suffer for their happiness. For their pride. They can take their pride and choke.

1 - Changing Seasons

In the summer, she stands tall,

Her hair the emerald jewels of the world.

She is proud. She is happy.

Her children take sanctuary by her body.

She keeps them safe. She keeps them warm.

In the spring, she grows,

Her hair a blossom of pink.

She is warm. She is safe.

He comes to greet her. They dance together.

He makes her happy. He keeps her safe.

As autumn comes, she is loud, 

Her hair a perfect scheme of colour.

She laughs. She is happy.

He is back. He is angry.

Before him, she trembles.

He causes her pain.

Winter comes, she is cold,

Her hair falls to the ground.

She is afraid. She feels small.

He is violent. He shoves her.

She sways. She does not fall.

The year comes to a close, 

Snow coats her body.

He is in a rage. She is afraid.

The fury worsens. The sky crashes.

She is struck. She falls down.

A plume of smoke surrounds her feet.

Her children cry as she is lost.

 The world shakes as it mourns.

He sees now. Sees his mistakes.

She sleeps. She is at peace.

Hi!

So, I haven't really been active on here since.... uh, yeah. Who knows.

In case you're new, or if you've forgotten (or bc i'm not sure I ever actually introduced myself 😬)then Hi! I'm Reign Arcturus. I stole my middle name from regulus black. I'm 19, soon to be nursing student, and very terrible, writer/poet. but I enjoy it! I'm thinking of using this blog for my writing/poems/rambles, but I will probably continue to post about MPHFPC, too (that fandom goes to the grave with me).
