You duck out of the way of the wine glass that was thrown in your direction, as your brother reacts to your quip regarding his endeavors. Your laugh soars through the room, as he desperately tries to gather his clothes from the bedroom floor—the girl's eyes widen with shock at your exploits. If he wasn't smiling, she might have actually thought he was upset at you.
"Francis! We're supposed to be in the courtyard, greeting Queen Mary!" You toss the girl her dress, which she readily grasps and begins dressing quickly as your eyes turn back to Francis. He may be your twin, the perfect heir, but he seemed to be actively working against this marriage.
"What if I don't want to get married, Y/N?" You shrug, dumping the leftover wine from the second glass and pouring yourself a glass. You look up, downing the glass in one fell swoop—rolling your eyes in the process.
"Well, let's see—you get to marry a Queen. You get her nation. Her armies. Her resources" You count off on your fingers. "I'm sure she's beautiful." You pause, looking at your last finger, tutting a little. "Oh, and get this, you get a say in who you marry." Your mouth forms into a 'o', before you continue in your fun and pour yourself another glass. Francis sighs, pulling on the vest that goes over the white undershirt as finally smiles at the sister.
He holds out his arms, and your smile drops for a second before you take a final sip and set the wine glass onto the table and walk into his embrace. He holds you tight, kissing the top of your head.
"I surprisingly missed this." You pull away, straightening his collar so that it's not nearly as lopsided. "I missed you, Y/N."
"Trust me, I'm sure you're the only one." You tut a little, popping your lips and you head towards the door. Then look back, your smile is not as goofy as before, more sincere. "I missed you too."
Your father had sent you away to 'woo' Russia, hoping to close the deal with the great tsar's, but there was some tiny plot holes in that endeavor. Russia was in a state of terror, the tsar had instituted complete military control over the nobles and suddenly leaving was the only option. It was stupid of Henry to send you there, Catherine nearly had his head when she found out—but your mission almost succeeded. Had potential.
Leaving Francis's chambers, you head in the direction of the courtyard—a sense of bewilderment at how different everything seems now, it just doesn't seem like home anymore. You missed your family, well correction—you missed Francis and mother—you missed Bash and Claude, although you hadn't seen either since your return.
In fact, as your steps echo off the stone floors, you think about how Henry will probably send you off to another palace soon enough. He wants you married, desperate to capture control across Europe—if England's perverse Henry the Eighth was still alive, your so called father would probably sell you off as one of his many wives.
Henry wanted power and his many daughters would supply that to him through marriages, royal marriages that built alliances across the continent. You coming back was an unfortunate and unplanned detriment to his need for power. You spot mother moving in the direction of the courtyard—“mother!” You shout, her smile brightening as she spots you moving towards her. She embraces you warmly which contrasts her usually cold exterior, but you’re her daughter—in all your faults, you were still good like Francis.
Catherine’s hands rest on either side of your face, “I missed you sweet girl.” You are her dearest, her sweet Y/N. Not arrogant like Lisa, or reckless like Claude—her perfect angel. You smile brightly, cheeks squished between her hands before she lets you go.
You almost wished that you were here the entire time, instead of a world away—in an unfamiliar country, with unfamiliar people. However, in many ways, you respect yourself for managing so well in Russia. You were spoken of highly there, respected for the rooms you commanded and the time you spent with high ranked nobles. Not just anyone could do that, and you pride yourself on that ability—to command attention, it made for interesting fun.
Catherine's expression falls as she hears the bells, the sound of the arrival— "Now we must go greet the Queen of Scots." Her tone is exactly as you imagined it, distaste—in all honesty, mother never was good about hiding her feelings. She seemed easy to read to those who know her, and maybe that's where you get it from—your mother. Like you, she commanded rooms and respect.
"If we must..." You see the beam of pride as she turns, heading out of the main door where Henry is already there. At his side, his mistress Diane—you tighten your shoulders at the image of his whore, god you can hardly believe she's kept his attention after all these years. And while you love Bash, you absolutely hate his wretched mother.
However, as you watch the Queen of Scots leave the carriage, you are not greeted with the same girl as before. She is much taller, and older, and more beautiful than you would expect of a Scot.

You watch Mary from the other side of the grand room, your eyes following every movement as she catches your eye briefly. Your heartbeat picks up as you realize she is stunning in that black dress—absolutely the most beautiful thing in this room. Everytime she spins, her eyes would meet your intent gaze and the world would spin out of focus for her. And for a second, she would forget how to breathe.
Yet the poor fool stumbles through the steps and you smirk a little, and unexpectedly watch as the Queen excuses herself. Yet the smirk wears off the moment she turns her attention towards you, and your stomach does a little flip.
The world could disappear for all you care, no amount of suitors could compare to the woman walking towards you. There is urgency as she brushes past you, eye contact not breaking until you get a flash of her raven hair.
Gods I'm done for, you think to yourself as you turn on your heel and follow after her—watching as the skirt of her dress ripples. You speed up, closing the distance—feeling every breath you inhale. Palms sweating as you see her turn the corner.
You barely reach out your hand, and what were you supposed to do? What was supposed to happen then?
You were always going to grab her wrist, pulling her into your arms before pinning her to the wall. Your lips on hers, urgency in her touch as she grabs the base of your corset to pull you close.
Her lips taste of raspberries and vanilla, the sweet taste becoming an addiction as you pour all your affections into your touch. One hand resting on the base of her neck, thumb running along the lower part of her jaw. The skin is just as soft as you imagined, absolutely flawless. While your other hand is firmly holding onto her hip.
You half expected her to push you away, but for her, your lips are just as addictive—they taste of wine, and the way your eyes closed. She had your face memorized, every curve and feature. Your eyelashes, how they brush the top of your cheeks... Mary can feel your hand reaching for the handle, to push it in and let you into one of the unused chambers. You separate yourself for a second, shutting the door, which gives you a second to examine Mary's expression.
Her big round brown eyes, the way she seems to be reaching out to you as you approach—her hands melding into your own as you turn her, so that her back is pressing into your chest. One arm encircling her waist, while your other hand brushes the hair away from her shoulder to kiss the flesh there right where shoulder turns into the neck.
The urgency returns as her arm reaches behind to tangle in your hair, but also pull you much closer than before. She deepens the sensation, tilting her head to expose more skin—the little sounds she makes, every inhale and exhale. You bite down, not hard, and the gasp she makes is like music to your ears—a smile dances your lips; may candle light be the only way you ever see Mary.
Your fingers work the laces of her corset, cheek resting against her hair—lips resting just above her ear, as you whisper. "Tell me how much you want this?" Was she expecting you to turn the other cheek when she tried to kiss your cheek earlier today, but instead kissed the corner of your lip? Did she think you would not notice the way she seemed to always try to catch your eye?
Did she think you would not notice the way Francis looked at her, but she, in all her jealousy, could only ever look at you?
Your fingers drag the strings, taking your time—enjoying the sensation of her corset loosening and her body falling into you. The ribbons loop around your fingers as you feel the hunger returning, apexing just as the corset drops—completely forgotten. Unneeded.
When you drop her onto the mattress, you stand completely upright and recall one truth. A single, and perfect thought—Mary is the most radiant woman you ever seen, and as she beacons you close.
“I’ve never wanted anyone like this.” Her words do not echo, they are a breathless whisper shared and it sends a wave of pleasure to your core.
Her beauty is proof that angels must exist, and as you kiss the supple curve of her breast—her body becomes your place of worship. Fingers dragging along her arms and then torso, as your lips find a home pressing kisses to her thighs. Bathing in her warmth, body curving beneath, but it only draws you closer.
.
.
.
Should you have stopped it there? Ended this runaway affair long before anyone caught on—probably, but you were never good at cards. You always raised the stakes, and dared yourself closer to the sun.
No one caught onto the glances, or the rendezvous—because who would think twice of the princess and her brothers wife? It was easy to imagine a much more kosher meeting, than to think it was even a thought.
Even as tensions rose between Catholics and Protestants, as the world of French Court became ever more complicated—you never hesitated to be at her side. The doting sister in law, mother hated it.
“Y/N?” You perk at mother’s tone, hmming as you shut the book in front of you. Your morning routine of breakfast had become tedious, but she insisted you come today. “You need to end your affair with Mary.”
“Affair?”
“Don’t bother denying. I’ve known of your preferences since you were six, but others are beginning to question your marriage prospects.” You take a bite, rolling your eyes at that matter—you had hoped with fathers untimely death, that your marriage requirement died with him.
“I’d wager everyone is none the wiser. That you simply hate that it’s Mary.”
“So you won’t even deny it?”
“You said yourself, don’t bother denying—so I’m not.”
“Mary is dangerous.”
“Mother, they say the same for you.”
“She will be the death of your brother and the undoing of France?!” You push away your plate roughly, “I will not let her have you too!”
“It is much too early to be dealing with your mood swings.” You give a smile, pushing away from the table and beginning to walk towards the door. “I tolerate your outbursts, but blind accusations, I refuse to acknowledge them any more.”
.
.
.
“I have no intention of marrying a daughter, let alone the twin sister to the King of France—to a Bourbon prince.”
This had once been a quiet conversation shared between yourself and Mary in the dark of a corridor, although your thoughts lingered on her warmth rather than words. It was a good thought, a lot of pretty words that could help the country.
“It’s more of a prospect, one that could bring Catholics and Protestants closer than before.” Mary asserted, you see your mother’s eyes shift around the room, guaranteeing that no one else could hear.
“It’s a way to keep your urges at bay.”
“Mother—it was my idea. A good prospect and a good match for France.” She glares at you, and for the first time, you truly feel she might mean it.
“Oh sweet girl, if only you understood… All Mary wants is for you to be whisked away.” And in the same breath, you mean it too—glaring at her.
“Actually it would keep me close as Conde plans to remain in French Court.” Every time you glanced at Mary, you’d note the way the necklace compliments her neck—then you’d note the frown your mother wore. The crease in her brow.
“Would it make a difference if I said I loved him?” Her hands embrace your face, running her fingers along your cheeks—her lips seemed to smile but you saw through it. Could hear it as she began to speak.
“My dear—if I believed you capable of loving him, let alone a man—” She leans forward to whisper in your ear. Her tone biting. “I’d have married you off the minute you chose to bed her.”
Can I ask for a Yandere Mary Stuart general headcanons? From Reign? I love your writing! ❤️
''Love may be irrelevant to people like me, but to you it is not.'' — Mary Stuart.
❝ 👑 — lady l: here it is! You came at the right time because I'm rewatching Reign with a friend and I absolutely love Mary, so I hope you like it and forgive me for any mistakes! Also, thank you. ❤️
❝tw: obsessive and possessive behavior, mention of death and murder, kidnapping (?), mention of torture, overprotection.

Mary Stuart is fun, witty, and very kind to anyone who shows kindness or is unable to defend themselves. She is a Queen and behaves like one, most of the time at least. She cares a lot, listens to her heart a lot and this is dangerous, especially when you are involved. Mary is captivating and she will captivate you in one way or another.
She would hardly think that there is anything wrong with the way she feels about you, Mary would probably think that she just cares about you a lot and that's why she feels that way. But when her thoughts become darker and more graphic, when she begins to imagine the slow, painful death of that servant who was so kind to you, Mary knows that there's something wrong.
Mary may try to do something about it, but she won't. She's already suffered so much, dealt with so many bad things, so why couldn't she let herself have you? She is a Queen and does not have the privilege of being able to love freely, but you make her feel like she can. As if she was just a normal woman and not the Queen of Scotland.
She adores you, that's all. Mary loves spending her days next to you, listening to you ramble, while she lays her head on your shoulder and listens to you talk. It is Paradise itself, as far as she is concerned. You make her feel good about herself, even with those disturbing thoughts she has.
Mary would love to spoil you, it's her way of showing how much she values you. Mostly letters written by her, she pours all her love into those words and will blush like a little girl when she hands it to you. She always gives them directly to you, as she doesn't trust anyone but you.
You are the only person she truly trusts, her best friend and confidant, you are the only person who knows all her secrets and who she turns to whenever there is a problem or needs advice. You are the one who has all the power over her and she is happy to allow it.
Mary is kind and benevolent, a fair Queen, but she can and will become ruthless in some situations and one of those situations is when you are involved. She will not be partial at any time and will remain firmly by your side and defend you with claws and nails. And everyone knows that annoying her doesn't usually end well.
She will be quick to be cruel and protective, ordering the torture and death of any poor soul who crosses her path, your path. Mary will not tolerate any possible threats to you or her. You belonged to her and she was going to make sure the message was clear.
She is paranoid about your safety, having experienced many fears and horrors herself, Mary will not allow you to suffer the same as her. If she can keep you locked in a place only where she can see you, she will. She is fully aware that it is not right, but her fears overwhelm any rational thought she may have.
Mary is quite possessive and this becomes more than obvious when you hear her reprimanding a servant who accidentally touched your arm. She is incredibly possessive over you and will make it very clear to everyone who you belong to. If her hard look doesn't do the trick, Mary will resort to other, more definitive means. She will have no remorse, however. Hands stained with innocent blood will mean nothing as long as she can hold you in her arms.
She always needs to have you around, you are a comfort and what keeps her together when she faces something difficult and painful. Knowing that you are there for her is enough for her. Mary had become increasingly demanding of your presence, going so far as to publicly ask for your opinion on matters of state, even if you are not a noble. This shows how much she values you.
Mary is a calm person and usually acts straight, but she goes from 80 to 180 when it comes to you very quickly. She has no control over how she feels about you and will just let her overwhelming feelings and dark thoughts dominate her. But if you remain willingly with her, she'll be willing to try to fight them.
If something were to happen to you, may God have mercy on their souls, because Mary won't. She will be unstoppable and everyone will know the bad side of the Queen of Scots. Mary will only stop when she has you back safe and sound, and even then her desire for revenge will not be completely satisfied. No one messes with what belongs to a Queen and gets away with it. And Mary will make sure they don't end up alive.
Bash finds out his wife whose Mary twin sister is secretly a Scotland and French assassin sworn to protect the Scottish throne and French throne by marriage- @tallrock35
Author note - I am sorry that this took me a while to write. Truthfully I haven’t written for Bash or Reign in quite some time. So I hope that you enjoy this story
I didn’t choose this lifestyle - though I’m quite sure most people never choose to lie to the person they love either. But this profession is all I’ve ever known.
Peaking my head around the corner of the stone wall I scanned for my next target that I had been ordered to take out by King Henry and my father the King of Scotland as well. You see I’m not simply the twin sister of Mary, I’m the family assassin if you will.
Quickly moving footsteps could be heard getting closer to me where I reached down, securing my lucky dagger I always kept hidden inside my boots. With my black cloak hood pulled up over my face I stepped out grasping the stranger by the back of their cloak. Yanking the figure back I pressed the blade to their neck, baring my teeth seeing a crumbled up scroll of paper in their hands. “I suggest you hand over that letter before I do something that costs you your life.”
I shoved him to the ground and spun toward the corridor. Footsteps thundered closer - too many, too fast. I slipped into the shadows, my cloak swallowing me whole as two guards rushed past. But one set of footsteps slowed then stopped and my heart skipped a beat.
I knew that stride. I knew that presence. I knew that voice before he even spoke.
“Why are you here?”
Bash.
I stayed hidden for half a breath, praying he would turn away. But he stepped into the moonlight, and I knew hiding was pointless. I stepped out from behind the pillar, hood still up, dagger still in hand.
He stared at me, at the cloak, the blade, the tension in my stance and confusion twisted into suspicion.
“Take off the hood.”
My fingers trembled as I lowered it. The cold windy air hitting the back of my neck as my fingers released their grip on the hood's fabric. My hair fell forward with me avoiding his gaze until the very end where I saw his eyes widen.
“God,” he whispered. “It’s you.”
I opened my mouth, but nothing came out. My throat felt tight, my pulse too loud when he looked down at the dagger in my hand again. “Tell me I’m wrong. Tell me you’re not-”
“I can’t”
His breath left him in a sharp exhale. “So it’s true. All the nights you disappeared. The bruises. The secrets. You’ve been lying to me since the day we met.”
I stepped toward him, but he backed away. The movement cut deeper than any blade. “Bash, please-” I certainly didn’t want to lie to him but it wasn’t like I had much choice in the matter. My sister was raised to become Queen and I was raised to be a Royal assassin from the age ten.
“Who are you?” he demanded, stomping up to me causing me to stumble backwards until my back was pressed up against the brick wall behind me. “Because the woman I married doesn’t drag men into dark corridors with a dagger to their throat.”
“I’m the same woman,” I said, voice shaking. “I just… have a life you were never meant to see.”
“Why?” His voice cracked when the words left his lips. “Why hide this from me?”
“Because knowing puts you in danger,” I whispered with my grip faltering on the dagger. “Because if anyone found out what I am… what I’ve done….they would use you to get to me.”
He stared at me, chest rising too fast for my comfort. “What are you?”
“I am sworn to Scotland. And by marriage, to France. I protect both thrones. I always have. When someone goes against either throne, sends secret messages that could overthrow one or tries to kill a member of either royal family I’m the one who gets called. I’m an -”
He closed his eyes for a moment, as if steadying himself. “An assassin.”
“Yes.”
He turned away, running a hand through his hair. “I don’t know whether to be furious or terrified.”
“I never wanted this life. But it’s the only one I’ve ever known. And I didn’t tell you because I couldn’t bear the thought of losing you.”
Bash didn’t show his facial expressions too much. He usually only showed when he was happy or scared around the family members he trusted, which really only used to be his brother Francis until he met me. Now though when he turned back around to me all I saw across his face was pure hurt. “You think this makes me love you less?”
“You… still love me?” My mouth parted slightly, unsure if I heard him correctly or not.
“Of course I do,” He reached out, cupping my face gently. His thumb brushed my cheek, grounding me in a way nothing else ever had. “You think a hidden dagger and a few secrets could change that? I married you because I saw your strength, your fire, your loyalty. I just didn’t know how deep it ran.”
“I’m dangerous, Bash.” Tears slipped down my cheeks when his fingers touched my face. I drew back slightly afraid of him touching me now. We had never really shown physical touch to each other because I acted like I was so nervous about sleeping with him even though he’s my husband. Except now he knew what I was truly afraid of him discovering.
“So am I,” he murmured.
I let out a shaky laugh, wiping my face with the back of my hand. “I don’t deserve you.”
“Maybe not,” he said with a faint smile, “but you have me anyway….You should have trusted me.”
“I was afraid.”
“I know.” He leaned his forehead against mine. “But listen to me - no matter what you’ve done, no matter what you’re sworn to… I still love you. That doesn’t change.”
“I love you too, Sebastian.” Without thinking I launched myself forward, flinging my arms around his neck and crashing my lips up onto his. Bash took a step back taken by surprise, wrapping his muscular arms around my waist. He pressed our bodies together letting the feeling of the kiss doing all the talking for us.
My breath trembled as I closed my eyes. For the first time in years, I let someone hold the weight I’d carried alone.
Are you still taking requests for reign would like to request Charles Valois/reader where she’s not royal but they are in love. Charles manages to do everything in his power or make her his queen
(my first reign post for my loving Charles, enjoy!)
Charles Valois x Reader
Charles knew very early on he was in love
He just didn't want to embrace the fact that he was
He was a bit nervous I would say, and a bit scared
He knew the responsibility and bagged he held just by himself due to his birthright
So to put that on you he felt was way to selfish
So he like kept his feelings to himself
You guys have probably known each other since you guys were kids
You were either some hand maiden, or some servant in the castle when he was younger
You guys spent a lot of time together and those feelings developed when you guys didn't even know what they were
You shared small, innocent kisses on the cheeks, hugs and more of childlike affection
But as you guys got older it was very obvious
He followed you around, only listened when you told him to
It was very obvious to everyone, even to Catherine and others
That's why it was so forbidden and why you guys were separated
He was gonna be married off and you were gonna stay there until you got old
That was until Francis died and he was named king
He went to you for the first time in years, and actually mourned
He felt like a kid who has scraped his knee from falling who went to his friend
He always said you made everything better
you being there for him that time and all the other times really cemented that he was in love with you
He wanted to love you and he wanted to love you publicly
He wanted to marry you, not some random girl from an arranged marriage
He didn't want a political gain in exchange for misery, he wanted love and he found it with you
Even if many objected, which they did, he ignored them
He was king, he could do as he liked and marry you
Even if they tried to stop him, he would elope with you
He threatened many times that he married you or he would not be king, he would leave with you and nobody would find you guys
He did everything he could to protect you, love you and make you queen
a/n: it's the end of the day for me but i give you this. (oh and please can you send me some sam arias fic, if you find it, please?)

You recently moved on with your girlfriend, Samantha, and her daughter, Ruby. The little girl liked you a lot and was overjoyed when her mother announced her.Everything was very peaceful; to be honest, since you became who you are now, the two girls have been your safe haven. Even if you could run fast, you wished you could pause time whenever you were with them. But recently something felt wrong, and Sam seemed strange; it all started when she said she would go on a trip, but when she came back, she didn't remember. At first, you thought she was just tired, but things like this happened more, and the cherry on top was a new villain, a Kryptonian named Reign.
Today, Sam promised you she would be home early to spend the evening with you and Ruby, so you waited for her even if her daughter was too exhausted and went to sleep. It was past midnight when she came back. She was sound and safe, but something was weird; she seemed disconnected. "Sam?" you asked, and she looked at you puzzled.
"Y/n, what are you doing up? It's late," she said.
"I know, I've been waiting for you for like 3 hours," you replied dryly. She examined your angry face, then her eyes traveled to the table when she saw an empty champagne bottle. Thankful for your speedster's metabolism, you don't get drunk easily.
"Did I forget something?" she asked shyly, and you scuffed,
"Did you—are you okay, Sam?" you asked, annoyed by her attitude.
"Are you angry?" she asked carefully.
"Me? No, but her, yes" you replied, and she looked to the staires "She waited for you. You promised to be here tonight, Sam, not just for us but also for her. Honnestly I wouldn't be mad if it just missed a date, but we talk about Ruby." you said, and despite all your effort, she could hear the anger in your tone
"I'm sorry, Y/n I swear. It's just been so chaotic lately that I'm not sure what happened." She explained that while she took a step toward you, but you took a step back.
"I'm not the one to whom you should apologize," you replied, and you started to walk to your shared bedroom. She followed you, but she was confused when she saw you take a blanket and a pillow and leave the room.
"Where are you going, love?" she asked, and her voice cracked
"I have to work early tomorrow; I'll sleep on the couch until you talk with her. Good night, Samantha," you replied, and you headed to the living room.
The next morning, when Sam woke up, she was met by cold sheets by her side. She looked at the clock: 8:37 a.m. 'Shit' she thought. She quickly prepared herself, made her way to the kitchen, and found a note on the counter:
'I dropped Ruby at school. You can pick her up if you want to apologize. Good day, Samy'
She smiled at herself when she recognized your handwriting; of course you were upset with her, but it was the first time you called her Samy since she came back last night. Fortunately for you, Sam freed her sheldush and spent the afternoon with Ruby. On their way home, they decided to buy pizza—a lot of pizzas. It's not easy to calm the appetite of a speedster. At home, Ruby turned on the TV, and she quickly called her mom.
"From the information we received, the superhero Purple Lighting had been attacked by three men. She's not in danger, but her doctor is concerned about her health, and Supergirl appears to be nowhere after her defeat against Reign last night," the journalist said. Sam started to worry; she knew you were able to heal faster than any other human, but from the pictures they show, they didn't miss you.
Ruby noticed her mom was crying when her phone rang. She held it up to her mom and muttered, 'It's Alex'.
"Alex, tell me she's okay now," she demanded.
"She'll be fine; we'll bring her in two hours, don't worry. She could be a little fuzzy, but it's okay, she's alright." Alex replied. Two hours later, she kept her promise, and you were with your two favorite girls again.
"Hey girls, I'm home," you exclaimed when you came back. They broke your leg, some limbs, and your left wrist.
"Y/n!" Ruby greeted you with a hug, but of course she made sure not to touch your bandages.
"Hi, little princess. I missed you too," you replied while you ran your hand over her hair. Sam walked just after, and she started to cry. "Hey Samy. I'm sorry," you apologized. She shook her head and hugged you just after her daughter stepped aside. Her grip was firmer than usual, but that didn't bother you. You knew she was worried, so it was okay.
"I thought you were dead," she confessed. "Oh no, Arias, you should do more than that if you want to kill me," you said as you caressed her cheek. "And I can't leave you now; I have to marry you and cry with you when Ruby goes off to college," you joked. And the little Arias gasped.
"Wait, did you just?" she asked. and you played the dumb
"What? I don't know what you're talking about," you said, and she laughed. During your interaction with Ruby, you didn't note that her mother's eyes turned darker for a moment and she was focusing on your heartbeat to make sure you were okay. "I don't know about you, but I'm hungry," you exclaimed, and they led you to the couch. You spent the night with your favorite girls; Sam made up for the last night, and you were happy to see the smile on Ruby's face.
A few hours later, your girlfriend assisted you in cleaning, changing your clothes, and cleaning everything in your room. "Hey Samy baby, please come rest with me," you pouted, and she smiled,
"OK." She made her way to the bed and lied beside you. She examined your wounds. "Is it painful now?" she asked, and you nodded.
"Yeah, but don't worry, tomorrow I will be alright again." You kissed her. "Now come, I need to cuddle to forget this awful day," you whispered, and she carefully placed you on top of her. "I love you, Sam," you said softly.
"I love you too Y/n. Now rest," she said quietly, and you were fast asleep a few minutes later.
The next morning, you were woken up by your phone. You looked at the screen; it was Alex at 9 a.m.
"Hey Alex." You said,
"Sorry to bother you, but we have an update for the guys from yesterday." She replied,
"Oh," you were now fully awake. "Tell me, who are they?"
"That's the problem. We found their clothes and their weapons, but we didn't find them. At least not in one piece. It seems like Reign just burned them with her heat vision," she said, and you felt a knot in your throat.
"But why?" you asked, confused. "Since she destroyed Supergirl, why would she avenge another vigilante?" You added,
"We don't know, but I will call you if I have more information." She said, and she hung on.
You were about to leave when you noticed a note on the bed on Sam's side.
'It was just a threat for anyone who would want to attack you again ;)'
You frowned your eyebrows, and on the right corner, you noticed Reign's logo. You let out a nervous chuckle.
"So, does a Kryptonian who annihilated Kara seem to have a soft spot for me?" you asked no one, "Oh sh*t Y/n, you'll be in trouble."

unfortunately my strong suit is reader inserts specifically fem gender neutral but if the inspiration hits i may write outside of that!
Since I have come to discover that doing this ship/matchup thing is really fun, I thought I’d lay out some guidelines of what I need to know in order to give you a ship!
Things that I need to know:
Your gender/pronouns (I don’t want to accidentally misgender someone)
If you want to be shipped with a male or female character
From which fandom/s you want to get a ship (you can choose more than one)
And then I, of course, need to know a little bit about who you are. Some suggestions on things to include here are:
Personality traits
Things you’re good at
Things you’re less good at
Values
Interests
Opinions
Family
Likes and dislikes
Taste in music
And much more.
Things that I don’t have to know but you’re free to include if you want me to keep those things in mind when thinking of your match:
Height
Weight
Body type
Body modifications (tattoos, piercings, etc)
Hair color/length
Ethnicity
Age
Anything you feel is an important part of who you are, basically. No amount of information is too much, and you don’t have to use the examples I gave. You can include anything you want me to know and base my decision around!
Fandoms I’ll take requests for:
(Keep in mind that these are not all the same fandoms that I take regular oneshot-requests for. See that separate list here)
Criminal Minds
Marvel
Grimm
Harry Potter
Twilight
Teen Wolf
Star Wars
Stranger Things
Reign
The Witcher
Divergent
Triple Frontier
Peaky Blinders
Pirates of the Caribbean
The Walking Dead
Prison Break
Suicide Squad
Game of Thrones
Avatar: The Last Airbender
On My Block
Fast and Furious
Orange Is The New Black
Once Upon A Time
The Office
If you don’t want or for some reason can’t send me an ask, you can send me the request in a private message and I will send it to myself anonymously through another account so that I can answer it directly in an ask😁
I will be doing these at times that I don’t have the ability/energy/motivation to write the “normal” requests so I’ll most likely be answering ship requests faster than the regular ones at times.
[ 🌱 ] a masterlist for all my works to make things easier to find. it will be broken up by media. enjoy!!
