The only thing keeping me sane
it is weird not to have any sort of fixed schedule with what is happening to my life right now. there is no certainty of what is ready or to be done, unlike in school where the date to start school is created five years in advance. everything is under your own control, but to think about it, your life is being controlled by others; either it is the government, the dmv, the landlord or the auto shop. the mystery of what life is going to be is exciting but at the same time, frightening. i guess this is probably the start of adulthood, even if that is just a glimpse of it. all the adults are probably faking it until they get it all figured out. or not.
God knows what would have happened if I was not at the crosswalk
