[...] 🍓 🕯 🍄 🍅 🧩 — cause I'm nosy.
Why is it all so red, though?
Okie dokie! Let's see...
🍓 ⇢ how did you get into writing fanfiction?
I originally got into fanfic when I was a teen writing Grand Chase fanfic. I don't remember the exact reasons I started. I think I was bored and lonely at the time and writing silly fanfics of my OCs interacting with characters from my favorite fandoms.
🕯️ ⇢ on a scale from 1 to 10, how much do you enjoy editing? why is that?
Uhhhh probably between a 4 and an 8? Editing is fun under the right contexts, but it can also be tedious to reread and go through the process of reworking things. Some things (like personal projects) I enjoy editing way more than others (like assignments and such).
🍄 ⇢ share a head canon for one of your favourite ships or pairings
Oh g o d OK! Recently I've been pretty fuckin invested in Cyrus Albright/Therion from Octopath Traveler, and I think one of my all time headcanons has to do with the enormous academy jacket Cyrus wears. I like to think that when Therion's in an emotionally vulnerable position, he doesn't enjoy being viewed in that way, so Cyrus hides him away by covering him in his big coat.
🍅 ⇢ give yourself some constructive criticism on your own writing
I am so bad at writing consistently in the same tense. I hop tenses so often in my writing, it's pretty bad.
🧩 ⇢ what will make you click away from a fanfiction immediately?
When the tags aren't accurate to the fic, or a character that's tagged in the fic that I click onto the fic for is treated poorly for reasons that don't make sense to the context of the fic or the canon material. There's a lot of other reasons I'd click out of a fic, too, like poor portrayal of the characters or the level of bad grammar I can't ignore because it's hard to understand the story.
Anyway, that's me!
