I am listening to “Let It Happen” by Tame Impala (amazing track, check it out!) and some of the lyrics fit to so many characters in the Riordanverse?

These lyrics just scream Percy, Annabeth, Thalia, Luke, Nico, Jason and many many more?

Fighting someone else’s fight, being not appreciated, running away, feeling let down and disappointed, disappointing others (disappointing your mother? Luke, Percy, Annabeth...?), feeling distant to others, feeling like you’re about to lose your shit, not being able to fight a situation much longer?? And this is just a cycle repeating itself, even daily? Stretching itself throughout the entire series? Like some sick prophecy that’s never about to end?

The fact that the music is quite rhythmic and dynamic and then kinda glitchy as if the situation repeats itself over and over again is so powerful and adds so much to the imagination?

Does your character get restless when things are too quiet or do they favour solitude and silence? Why?

At first, Zo’ogai just glared in silence, eyes briefly wandering to the side hinting that he was in thought. Eventually speaking in his native tongue “I enjoy my solitude… But not silence…” He appeared rather content leaving the answer at that as he once again fell silent.

(Zo’ogai very much prefer to be left alone to his own workings, but at the same time he grows anxious if it’s too silent around him. He still want people nearby, just not to talk with, just to make noise, let him know that he isn’t alone)
