Journey To Love Day 7: I have to admit I look like the angel on this card whenever someone asks about an ex. 😫 Ex's are an ex for a reason and clinging to a past relationship that no longer serves you is only blocking you from attracting the love you desire. Many people hold on to an ex out of fear or insecurity. Others don't want to deal with the pain they will feel once they admit the relationship is over. 💔 If you are truly ready for the relationship of your dreams, your love life will improve tenfold once you emotionally and energetically release your ex. Some people think meeting someone new will help them get over an old love but all that's doing is masking the pain. The space has to be clear of any stagnant energy which includes unresolved feelings and unfinished business. Many desire closure but often your heart still feels empty even after you have that last conversation. 😔 People can sense when your heart lies elsewhere. Men will often not stick around while women think they can make a man fall madly in love and forget the ex. I always tell my lovelies that if an ex is still predominantly in the picture, the connection isn't broken and that means things can't progress further. ☹️ Sometimes this process takes some time but if you don't do it, you can continue attracting people that remind you of that person or you're dealing with the exact same issues. So consider writing a letter to your ex and pour out your feelings. You can either put it in a drawer but burning it helps release those emotions.
