Axsor had just been playing around in the foyer with Shadow, not really doing much of anything else and not really having a desire to go outside. He wasn’t a people person, and whenever he went out into the town he always got funny looks. Especially if he brought Shadow with him.

He jumped a bit and picked up Shadow as he heard the manor door suddenly open. Quickly he ran to hide behind a nearby pillar, peeking out slightly to see who it was.
