Okay that makes sense. If it's where I think it is--and there aren't a whole lot of places that Papyrus could get to, would have science equipment like a DT monitor, and could reasonably be unaffected by time shenanigans--then yeah, it was way too early to show the inside of that room. So anything outside of it would have seen all the reloads coincide?

Correct. It’d be more of a strangely reactive spike growing larger with each subsequent reload.Though in the case of Undyne, she wouldn’t even need to consult such a chart (though she also has monitoring equipment).

Black Cherry HiTek coating for my 9mm loads this time. Lots of folks are loading “Black Bullets” and other commercially coated bullets. I wanted something to differentiate mine, especially after the “unload, show clear” command where there could be several different loaded rounds on the ground.
