It’s so grating seeing people trying to discredit my love for Misa or say I loved her like a maternal figure which is gross - ew no. I loved Misa in a romantic way. I protected her as best as I could, she was my partner. in my canon I could actually act on my affections and we both loved each other.

When I think about how Light treated her before I could properly reach out to her it makes me wish him the most painful death imaginable…

I would’ve broken every Shinigami rule for Misa because I loved her and she truly deserved so much more than what others gave her.

I've seen a lot of toxicity in certain franchises' kin spaces and like... I feel like the best solution is to deplatform these people. If someone sends death threats or harasses someone or sends them deliberately triggering things, we as the kin community need to kick them out of servers and block them on tumblr. If there's a punishment for a behavior, people are more likely to stop, and it keeps the community safer. - Rem (from Re:Zero)
