♟:Patching up a wound
Deuce did her best to hold still as her classmate saw to the gash on her forehead. It looked much worse than it was– even a shallow head wound tended to bleed terribly– but even so, it was best to patch up even the more trivial injuries while they could. Deuce kept her eyes closed in an attempt to keep the blood out, but she could feel the other girl’s magic seeping into the cut, clotting the blood and mending the flesh.
Deuce was a healer herself. She knew expert work when she encountered it.
Deuce opened her eyes and offered the other girl a smile. The sting of the wound had faded, and the blood had stopped trickling. Deuce reached up and touched the small scab that had once been a fresh injury, and let out a small, satisfied hum. “You’re very good at this.”

A person—the Blade Master stumbles over with an injured leg, the wound seemingly impossible to locate with the thick later of blood that coated his leg. " Sorry— " He winces from the pain, but there's been worse. He grits his teeth in hopes that the wound would stop tormenting him. " —is there somewhere I can fix this? "

Okay, but seriously, moogles. They’re so chubby you guys. And they look so soft. The first time Deuce ever saw one up close it might have taken a lot of willpower not to ask it for a hug, or if she could poke its cheeks or something.
Aside from moogles, Deuce is a fan of anything soft and small. Chubby little birds, tiny rodents, etc. In Arecia’s crystal-free reset-verse, she has a pet hamster named Dandelion. He is terrible and escapes all the time and she still loves him.
"I'm not trying to be nosy or anything, but... I've been seeing you here a lot lately, always by yourself. I just wanted to say, if you have anything on your mind, I'd listen."
Deuce blinked at Rem in surprise, brows rising up towards her hairline.
“Oh! Um, thank you, Rem!” And she really did mean it. Of course she knew her brothers and sisters were there for her, but, well...
It had been a long time since someone new told her that.
“Same to you, okay?”
