UPDATe to the Update: The original footage with audio warning was first posted on this channel via this tweet. It was the YT channels first post (and twitter user first post) with no info on how it was obtained. LINK to S McG Channel. But it gets weird.
Very similar channel name with highly edited Ireland (IRA used to give warnings) related video with bizarre heavy breathing chase scene at end and another video uploaded on 9/11 with a audio track called Bang Bang.
