Something that my therapist from treatment really pushed for me to understand is that I can’t have both my disorder and my life. I can’t have both self harm and happiness.
I’m working so hard to remember that fact.
Update
I’m admitting to Remuda Ranch on March 11th. I’m terrified and I feel completely overwhelmed by it. I have only ever been to ERC, and Remuda seems so much more strict. I’m scared.

Dallas and Houston Screenings of ‘The Student Body’
