I like punks and I like dads so here’s a bunch of questions for the punk dad au.

Does Patton ever get into punk shit when he’s a bit older?? Does Remus and Janus teach him punk ideology like cops and protest rules?? Have they ever taken him to a show or event this is important to me I want to know if he’s been bounced around in a little safe mosh pit. How did Janus and Remus met and did he know Remus had a child??

Okay last one is less of a question and more of a fun idea: Remus and Janus have a inside joke that Janus is only dating him for Patton. He’s just trying to nab a child lmao.

1. he doesn't really, but he still heavily appreciates and believes in the ideologies since that's what he grew up on. he just really doesn't like the fashion style part of it lmao

2. they do!! they always make sure to teach him those ideologies, but they're also quick to reassure him that it's okay if he doesn't want to be punk when he gets older

Patton is a really sensitive kid with sensory stuff, he doesn't like super loud music or too many people around him, so a mosh pit (if what I'm thinking of is accurate to what you're asking) would be Way too loud and too much and he'd probably start crying his eyes out. but when Virgil or Roman watches Patton, Remus and Janus go to the mosh pits themselves (and make out in dark corners, obviously)

Janus and Remus met through Virgil! Remus was like "I need a job 😭" and Virgil was like "wow what a coincidence a friend of mine owns a bakery and is hiring" and so Remus got a job there and when he met Janus he was like Oh Fuck He's Hot

Remus kind of forgot to mention that he had a kid the first time he met Janus, since his brain was on a loop of pretty boy pretty boy what the fuck pretty boy but the second time they meet Remus just offhandedly mentions Patton and Janus is like "Who?" and Remus is like "oh yeah- my son-"

and Janus doesn't have a Problem with that, obviously, but it is strange to see this gangly, Unhealthily Skinny barely-adult man say he has a whole ass child

(also on that inside joke-- YES. Janus even gets Patton in on it by whispering to him like "I've actually started dating your dad to steal you away >:)" and then winking and laughing maniacally as he picks up Patton and swings him around)
