For odd couple: I see common headcanons about Ren being a werewolf and Mumbo being a vampire, sounds to me like a pair fit for shenanigans
Werewolves and vampires being “natural enemies” is a myth. They have far more in common than they have differences- Ren and Mumbo are odd for reasons other than their species.

Ren is Mumbo’s go-to tester, despite knowing less than nothing about redstone. His eyes kinda glaze over when Mumbo starts talking about comparators and T-flip flops, but Mumbo always goes back to him. Maybe he has an ulterior motive.
