Love getting sick right before tournament day. Hope I feel better in the morning.
Oh come on. My sparring partner does not understand 'no contact' and punched my glasses off my face. Now I have to go get them adjusted to fit again. (At least they do that for free. I think)
Anyways, bro needs to learn some control. Especially since he's going into a tournament and that will get him possibly disqualified or something.
It's tournament day and I can't find either of my mouthguard or my wallet.
SCREAMS
Oh man. Tonight's sparring class was intense. I do t think I've quite felt that ache in my chest since I stopped doing competitive swimming. Gods i love it so much.
Aaaye. You know you might be considered for a grading when your sensei asks if you have the sheet with all the stuff you need to practice for it.
On the other hand, we got to wear armour in class for the first time in a while. Didn't put on the helmets but it was fun. Means we actually got to punch and kick eachother full force.
Aw man. I feel super guilty for not going to karate class but just waking up the stairs made me feel week. Don't wanna go to karate feeling like that. Even tho I almost had a panic attack/meltdown over not going. I hate missing classes and the sorts. It gives me so much anxiety.
Anyways. Guess I'll use this time to hang stuff up in my closet. It's finally finished with more space than ever yay. It's really annoying when you wanna wear nice clothes but they're all wrinkly cause you couldn't hang them up.
I'll just practice my kata tomorrow. Set aside an hour or so. (Thank goodness I decide to to do kumite, I don't think I could fight great woth how I'm feeling.)
In regards to my previous post, the exception to the rule is Scary Gary. We call him scary cause while he's like 80yrs old and very slow and unassuming. He strikes as fast as a viper when sparring/fighting. You do not see him coming. And it's terrifying.
