I keep thinking about how Blade is being done so dirty by dan feng. I still think his immortality is also a result of df’s selfishness (and love!!) and not just shuhu doing whatever. Imagine your husband made you immortal against your will, maybe with the hope of being able to stay together. Except thats not what happened at all bcs dan feng got himself captured to the shackling prison, leaving yingxing alone at jingliu’s mercy, AND THEN HE HAS THE AUDACITY TO FORGET ABOUT YINGXING AFTER DOING ALL THAT. ok i get that part is not really dan feng’s fault bcs he was forced into rebirth BUT STILL in yx/blade’s pov this must feel so cruel and unfair. No wonder he’s so angry, i would crash out too if this happened to me. Honestly xingyue is just so codependent that i feel like the forced immortality thing could be forgiven if only df actually stayed with him instead of abandoning him. This would fix at least half blade’s depression

And danfeng saying if he could go back he would do that all over again😭😭 idk how much of dh’s memory he could access but surely he knows that yingxing has changed so much. He’s no longer that silly and giddy old man who likes to banter with him. His immortality (and jingliu’s torture lets be honest) made him so broken and depressed that he doesn’t think himself as a human anymore.

Anyway this isn’t a hate post about dan feng at all i love that bitch and his messed up love. Its just that im a huge yx/blade lover and i like to see things from his perspective and the tragicness of it all. What im saying here is just that blade deserves to stab him at least once more and then they can have sexy codependent toxic hate sex. The world needs more renfeng/fengren truly this is the worst combo ever and i need to see more
