The cast as Legos, their gift from the director.
The cast onstage at the end of RENT.
A screencap of the shower of stars from Mimi’s hair at the top of Out Tonight.
The cast (minus Roger and Mark, who were on stage).
The sombrero made an appearance on closing night that caused me to laugh out loud. While the audience was fairly quiet. The booth at this theater isn’t enclosed. Yeah.
“...you bet your ass...”
Mimi’s death and Roger’s weeping over her. Good stuff.
Closing night was a three hanky affair. For someone who isn’t known for crying a lot (if ever) when a production closes, this one tore me up. Especially since the cast called the production staff to stage to sing Seasons of Love one last time.
This production was one that I won’t ever forget. Such a special bunch of people all around.
I’m down to one show now, Equivocation at Theatre in the Park.
