@somethingaboutsewing, always one of the loveliest people, even if our circles don’t overlap as much anymore, asked and who am i to say no?
1. one life, ed sheeran: this was at the end of yesterday and i freaking cried, okay? just the way the scenes meshed with the lyrics had me dyingggggg.
2. the entirety of stranger songs: obvs ingriddddd and my showwww that i got up at 3am for the return of. if i had to pick specific songs off of the album, probably freak show, young and in love, jealous, pretty, or christmas lights.
3. the lion sleeps tonight as covered by *nsync: i wrote a fic using lyrics from this song as the title. in googling to verify i had them correct, i discovered this version. it is both horrendous and catchy.
4. stop, the spice girls: don’t ask why this has been my alarm for days on end. it’s just where we are at the moment.
5. never-ending story, limahl: true story, i despised this movie as a kid because it scared every ever-loving fiber of my being. i never even completed my one viewing. then ST3 happened and this song has been in my head for dayssss.
