Technology has been killing entry-level jobs. Automation is estimated to cut up to 30% of the jobs in India as bots take over repetitive and low-skill tasks. In 2017, for instance, two of India’s largest IT firms, Infosys and Wipro, laid off 11,000 and 3,000 workers, respectively, due to automation. This has made it imperative for professionals to constantly upskill or reskill—or get replaced. In many cases, it is the latter as skilled workers constitute only 2.3% of India’s labour force, according to government estimates.

I get caught up in repetitive tasks, and usually that's OK, but recently one of the things I've been getting caught up on is going on Twitter and obsessively refreshing and going through and endlessly reporting white nationalists. IDK how to make myself stop except blocking it and doing something else, but also it's just super depressing since they're often so shitty about autistic people specifically. I've spent hours doing it and not sleeping, usually repetition doesn't suck this much.
Block it and do something else. It’s not worth making yourself feel depressed, or disrupting your sleep. Wherever possible, try to counter any negativity you come across by seeking out positivity. Or perhaps you could try spreading some positivity of your own. There are other things you can try (but I’m not sure that they’d be as effective) such as:- Giving yourself a set number of accounts you can report and once you’ve reached it switching to another activity.- Giving yourself a time limit when using Twitter, and setting an alarm to prompt you to log off.
I'm SUCH a SUCKER for repetitive tasks like???
