Any update on doppelganger? One of my favourite sxf fanworks rn, but also pls don't feel obligated or pressured to work on it, only do it if it makes you happy :)

Yeah, about that... hahaha... you see... real life threw a dozen of curve balls at my face these past few months so I didn't have much time to commit to THAT particular comic 😫 I'm so sorry 🙇

Still... I consider that lucky. Because one of my beta reader is an anime-only and I didn't want to spoil the story for her. So, if my plan were not gone poof in smoke like it is now, the next chapter would have to be splitted into 2 parts. Now, the anime has returned, you all can read it all in one go.

I really want to get chapter 4 out before the end of this year though. But, I'll need at least one month to draw it, so I guess it may be around the holidays huh? after the holiday rush for my real life work has calmed down a bit 🤔

I'm going to make an announcement as soon as I finish drawing it, don't worry.

curious since you love drawing twiyor a lot, would you ever consider/draw NSFW art or comics of them? Just curious.

Well... I think I can answer you more clearly if I draw something about it 😌

Yeah, I simply like their family dynamic more than their romance.

Joking aside, unless otherwise stated somewhere in the script, all versions of Twiyor in MY fancomics are AroAce.

Because I'm one myself, and I want presentations, darn it.

Not trying to be a weirdo, but can I say I adore how you draw Yor with an elongated philtrum? That's the gap between the nose and the upper lip, and it's like, taboo these days to not make every pretty character have a pinched face where the nose and mouth are like 3 millimeters apart. That is a new & bad trend. I think it's gorgeous when there is a longer space that's allowed to breathe. I love that feature, it's how I draw it, and I love how you draw it. Ok weird face proportion rant over. lol

Because what you see on here is the style I made specifically for SxF, by trying to imitate Endo-sensei's unique drawing style as much as possible. My own style is quite similar (well, it's me who draw them after all) but there are still a few differences.

For example, here is Yor in my own manga style.

... Yeah. The philtrum is quite long still, but not as long as I always draw her in SxF style 😂

It looks more clearly in side view, like this:

That distinguishing feature is one of the traits that makes Endo-sensei's style more easily recognizable, I believe 🤔

9. whats something you always come back to when drawing?

Faces? I mean my own style of drawing faces. I can try to mimic other manga/comic's style for an illustration or two, but if it was for comic, the characters would always change back into a variation of my manga style after a while 😂

Even SxF fancomics are not excepted from this quirk of mine. For example, let's look at our spyboy from Doppelganger.

If I show you my one of my OCs, you'll find them looking not much different from how I draw spyboy these days 😂

11. do you listen to anything while drawing?

Yeah. I can't draw without music tbh. Depending on what I'm drawing, the music may vary. It's all about the vibe, I guess? If a certain comic needs to give off a certain mood, I'll choose the songs accordingly. Double Dumbdumb has its own playlist. The rest of the time, the music player simply shuffle through the whole music folder.

30. whats something youre proud of about your artstyle?

The expressions. I may mess up the character anatomy, fail at background perspective or even fuck up my shading, but one thing I can be quite confident in is my ability to draw subtle expressions.

... At least, I think no one has ever complained that those no-dialogue/visual-only comics of mine were too confusing yet?
