TUMBLR WORLD PLS HELP

I keep having the same dreams over and over and over, just a different story line. But they all end the same and it’s horrible it’s ruining my day, wakes me up bawling and screaming. I’m terrified to go to sleep so if anyone has any idea on how to make this stop I will take all and any advice at this point.
