My boy will focus on 3 workouts a week for weeks 3 and 4 of June >> Partial MISS - completed 2 workouts after returning from holiday.
My boy will create a meal plan for weeks 3 and 4 of June that consists of 3 healthy at home meals >> Was given a revised goal of 2 meals for the week, and HIT that revised goal.
Target Observations:
Bad case of jet lag after returning and had to deal with a personal emergency that impacted scheduling and recovery.
Struggling to return back to a normal routine, but it is a primary focus for next week.
21-JUN through 27-JUN workout plan ready with 3 workout days planned.
