Edit: Y'know, there's many posts of hers that could break TOS, including the fact the account exists at all. Take this as an example for reporting some of those posts. Chances are they don't ACTUALLY care about marginalized communities, so complain like a pearl clutching Karen

It recently dawned on me that you can get banned for inciting violence on Tumblr. So while it'd be nice if she was just successfully deplatformed and she ,alongside the rest of the pedophilia defenders (for evidence, see @i-suggest-therapy), stopped posting forever, it appears we will have to do this the old fashioned way.

So report the post linked below for hate speech.

The post says that "We need to kill all white people". It is posted by a white activist, missstrogen, who has been repeatedly been banned from the site.

How does it break TOS:

This post breaks tumblrs TOS by encouraging self harm, hate speech, and suicide. It encouraged self harm and suicide because the user herself claims to be white and is encouraging other white people to die. It is hate speech because it encourages people to kill others based on skin tone. It also breaks TOS for ban evasion.
