     ░ ჻ – cerulean eyes shift up as she  surveys the other , her thin        arms wrapped so  tightly around    herself . lapis found  herself        to  be nervous around peridot -- more or less only when    she        was     accompanied by     jasper .  but    right now , the ocean          gem could say that   her      nervousness    was overcame by a        clustered     feeling of    cautiousness .        her forearm   was strained . weak . warped -- b r u i s e d . from        where   she’d been       dragged everywhere   as prisoner . lapis          exhales , her features    becoming   soft . there   hadn’t been any        point in making a    snide remark  towards the chartreuse skinned        gem before her -- but  instead holds out her forearm .        it’s different shades of blue over her own once smooth layers , her        eyes narrow .        ❛ you did this to me .                     -- are you happy now ?
