This is Repression but he goes by Honesty to make himself sound better. He's got a couple different names - Claudius and Ethel. He prefers Ethel

He's Janus's bro! The two of them went through a Split of their own, the original being Self-Preservation

I really like Ethel's design tbh. Very colourful.

(For the record, his scales are not rainbow, they're iridescent)
