My taylor story

Dear @taylorswift ,

My name is Savannah and I’ve been a fan for 12 years. When I was 5 years old, I remember my dad giving me your debut album in the car one day after summer school. I freaked out because I was in love with your music ever since I heard Tim Mcgraw on the radio for the first time. In 2009 I attended the fearless tour for my 8th birthday and in 2015 the 1989 tour for my 14th birthday, both times were with my dad as a tradition we shared.

Your music has helped me through so many hardships in my life. From feeling alone, like an outcast, invisible to everyone. But through it all, your music has guided and related to me and has made me feel not so alone. In 2017, my family took in 4 foster children. It came out of nowhere and we weren’t prepared at all. Switching from a family of 4 to a family of 8 has been such a major life change. One of the first things the oldest girl, Natalie, and I bonded over was you! We would jam to your songs in the car and talk about how your music has helped us remain strong through many difficult situations. On June 29, 2018 we received full legal custody the 4 kids and as a gift my dad surprised me and Natalie with 2 tickets to your St. Louis show and we couldn’t be more excited! I want this night to be as special as possible for her as it’s her first concert seeing the one person who has helped her through everything.

We’ll be in Section N row 22 seats 7 & 8 at #repstlouis !! Thank you for not only bringing us together, but being here for us throughout our whole lives. We love you Taylor, see you soon💞
