The Tavira City Hall (ie, the place where Satan does its evil work).

Apparently, this is a mid-XVII Century building, that used be the old custom house, being later adapted to function as a city hall. However, that building was destroyded in the 1940s, being replaced by a copy of the ancient structure -in other words, what we see here is nothing but a pastiche.
