Hi there! This ask is different because I remember everything but can't find it:
The title was Hand in Glove. It was on Quotev, I read it about 3 years ago. It had a sequel I was halfway through.
Based in 5th year, Harry and Draco became friends as Draco is upset about Umbridge's detention and helps Harry heal the wounds. At some point he also tells Harry that his mother can help him with that mind-reading stuff, instead of Snape. They become friends, date, etc. Draco is taken instead of Sirius (i think) and somehow becomes a werewolf. Arthur Weasley dies instead of Sirius.
