Hi! I'm looking for a specific fic I read a year or two ago. This is what I remember of it:

Plot: Healer!Draco is basically bribed by the Ministry of Magic to return from his work in the US to look after a very important patient with a mysterious illness that keeps getting worse (Harry). Draco is a specialist in hard medical cases and has been asked repeatedly to return to England to help a patient who's identity is being hidden. He has always turned it down, but now his boss at the US hospital tells him he has to go, it turns out that Hermione (+ Minister for Magic! Kingsley) pulled lots of strings to get him. Draco and Scorpius (who is still a kid) move back to england and set up at St. Mungos. They are living out of the hospital basically, which reminds Draco of when he first became a doctor and was raising Scorpius on 2 min noodles and hospital cafe meals. Draco has to find out why Harry, who has been permanently hospitalised, is dying. Harry is still with Ginny (who doesn't seem terribly invested in Harry's wellbeing and spends her time playing quidditch on a professional team) and has the three canon Potter kids. James, Albus and Lily are living mostly with Ron & Hermione (who are super supportive of Harry and help Draco) and their kids, Rose and Hugo. The Potter kids are very close to Harry but not close with Ginny. The Potter kids and Scorpius become fast friends, as they meet in Harry's hospital room, and have sleepovers alot at Hermione & Ron's place. Draco eventually finds out, through various potion testing in the hospital lab, etc, that Ginny had been slowly poisioning Harry with a love (or lust?) potion. Harry is cured and Draco and Harry get together, much to the joy of everyone. Harry and Draco fall in love throughout the fic.
