jungkook and you cross paths every now and again, like right now when you’re sitting in taehyung’s small studio apartment watching the two of them play call of duty: black ops on taehyung’s small flatscreen
you’re seated on taehyung’s bed, back pressed against the headboard and you’ve got a view of the back of their heads as they’re sitting on the floor at the foot of the bed
“dude, how did you miss that?” jungkook groans loudly, his head thrown back in disbelief
“that’s the same person that killed you 20 seconds into the game! they’re just good.” taehyung wants to defend himself but they’re both being a little too loud and taehyung has already got several noise complaints
UNFORTUNATELY you have to be the rational one.

they both chuckle at that but are suddenly interrupted by jungkook’s phone buzzing
jungkook’s hand dives into his pocket and his other hand shields his phone from taehyung’s prying eyes
taehyung teases him about it. “what? is it another one of your little girlfriends?”
your ears perk up at the new info

there’s a scrunch in your brows as you process the new info.

now you’re intrigued because no matter how believable taehyung seems, you still don’t believe it.

They were big on showing affection, but only in the comfort of their home.
At home, kisses and hugs were constant. But out in public and at the rink they didn’t really exist.
The team knew it was because the way they came out (even though they themselves didn’t) but they still wanted the couple to feel comfortable showing PDA around them. It took weeks for them to even hold hands around the team and another few weeks for them to hug.
Three months after everyone found out about them was the first time they saw them kiss.
They were skating in Sirius’s basement, playing a quick game. Remus scored on Kasey again, much to the goalie dismay.
The goal was the winning shot for Sirius’s team.
“Good job” Sirius skated over, wrapping his arms around Remus’s neck, kissing his boyfriend.
“Thank you, baby.” Remus muttered against his lips.
Everyone raised their eyebrows high as they watched the interaction.
The kiss only lasted a few seconds and when they pulled away they were met with the smirks of their teammates.
Sirius blushed and turned into Remus’s chest. Who laughed and wrapped his arms around him, kissing his black hair.
After that they grew a lot more comfortable with PDA.
Kissing each other quickly on the bench, hugging as they talked in the locker room, cuddling at movie night, and on the plane or bus.
They team eventually started to miss the months they went without PDA after walking in on one too many makeout sessions.
Even the couple got used to being walking in on while kissing heavily. Just a ‘Get out’ or a ‘We’re busy’ without even disconnecting their lips.
They even got way too comfortable making out when the team came over to watch a game.
Everytime leaving the room quickly a few minutes later. Running up the stairs giggling the whole way, followed by the slamming of a door.
Walking back down 15 minutes later with a hell of a lot more hickeys then they went up with.
“You have to just be fucking with us.” James exclaimed as they walked downstairs for the second time that night.
“Pretty sure we’re the ones fucking, Prongs” Sirius smirked at the exclaimes of disgust as he sat back down on Remus’s lap.
